ALM GL ch. 214, § 1B-Right of Privacy[1] is a section of Massachusetts' General Laws. This section covers the citizens' rights to privacy.

Text of the law

Section 1B.
A person shall have a right against unreasonable, substantial or serious interference with his privacy. The superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity to enforce such right and in connection therewith to award damages. Decisional Interference
